I hope everything’s going well for you and that the beginning of summer is bright and warm.
We’re running the Experiential English for Teachers course here at the moment and the General English for Adults course began a week ago. We currently have 16 students living here with us at Nab Cottage, from 8 different countries. (Finland, Germany, Poland, Saudi Arabia, Spain, Italy, Holland, Czech Republic). The activities outside class this week have included baking, a singing workshop, a tour of a country garden with sculpture trail, a barbecue, yoga, a conflict resolution workshop and a pronunciation session.
We still have spaces available on our English, Yoga and Mindfulness course which runs for one or two weeks from August 27. This course is quite unique, designed for people looking for a holiday in English. It gives people the opportunity to take time out from busy schedules and find a new pace, one which brings inner calm and a deeper sense of connection with life. The food is delicious and the activities throughout the programme include guided walks, massage, relaxation techniques, saunas, hot tub, or just settling into the hammock with a good podcast.
