This 15 hour course provides a solid foundation in grammar, vocabulary, communication and the main linguistic skills. There are two modules with two teachers each day. Module 1 (09.00/10.45) tends to be book-work focused with emphasis on grammar, vocabulary and the 4 main skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing. Module 2 with the second teacher (11.00/12.15) provides students with the opportunity to improve their confidence and enthusiasm through participation in free-practice activities, projects, task-based learning and cultural discussions.
The 20 hour programme includes all of the areas covered in the 15 hour programme PLUS it includes 5 specialised one-hour sessions each week covering Functional Language, Integration Skills and Exam Preparation. This programme is ideal for students who are ambitious to develop their language skills at a fast pace, want to prepare for one of the international English exams (IELTS, Cambridge, Trinity, etc) Classes are small (usually 3/4 students per class and therefore lots of personal targeted attention to your language needs.
Our GE25 gives you 25 hours tuition per week. It includes all that our GE15
(General English - Course Book, Grammar, Vocabulary, Language Skills
Development) and GE20 (Free-Practice activities, projects, task-based
learning, cultural context) includes.
Classes are small (usually 3/4 students
per class) and take place on 2 afternoons per week in addition to mornings Monday to Friday.
Each class is an Elective Module and you can choose
which modules you want - you can change modules if you need to. Modules typically offered include Exam Preparation (IELTS, Cambridge, TIE, Trinity).
Conversation, Business English, English for Interviews/Presentation, etc
GE30 is our Super Intensive Programme for those who want fast specific results. Classes run Monday to Friday mornings from 09.00 to 13.30 and Monday to Thursday from 14.15 to 16.45. The morning classes cover Course Book, Grammar, Vocabulary, Register, Language in Context, Exam Preparation, Skills Development. The afternoon classes are Elective Modules, with small classes (usually 3/4 students per class) and modules include Exam Focus, Specific Skills Development, Business English, Special Purpose English. Modules can be altered to suit your requirements and allows great flexibility in structuring your programme.
