Oxford College International is a privately run school situated in the beautiful city of Dublin. As one of Dublin's top schools of English, and one of Ireland's top tourist areas, our school offers a variety of professional ESL (English as a Second Language), BE (Business English) and Exam Preparation courses year round.

All of our teachers are TEFL experienced, friendly and approachable. Because our Academy is set in a quiet and peaceful location with small classes, our teachers are able to give you maximum attention to help benefit your learning and conversion skills.

A long established English Language School, Oxford College International provides an educational experience in Dublin like no other. We organise exams preparation classes for IELTS, CAE, FCE, PET and also General Engish classes. Our highly experienced teachers are at hand to get you prepared for that examination you need the confidence to pass.

Terms and Conditions

1) any cancellations outside of 2 months will be refunded in full except for an administration fee of 50 Euros.

2) Any cancellations due to visa refusals are subject to a admin. fee of 50 Euros and maximum of 200 Euros for academic year students.

3) Any cancellations between 2 months and 1 month of study will incur a cancellation fee of 25%

4) Any cancellations within one month will incur a cancellation fee of 50%.

5) There will be no cancellation within one week of travel.

6) If you cannot attend the course for health reason we shall try our best to postpone your course to a later date.

7) Any refunds will be net of bank charges.

8) Any postponement of course will incur an admin. fee of 50 Euros.
Payment Method : Bank Transfer
Student shall deposit a full payment directly to the school’s bank account within 7 days of receiving booking approval from the school.
1) Student who gets his visa or entry refused will get 100% of their fees less a 100 Euro administration fee.
2) If the customer cancels between a month and 15 days before the scheduled start of the class (language provider) they will be refunded 75% of the total fees.
3) If they cancel within 7 days they will not get any refunds.
4) All refunds will be considered for their individual merits and where there is a valid reason for cancellation such as accident or illness or worse we shall refund students in full.

Refund Policy, Cancellation and Termination Policy:
It is the policy of Oxford College International to give refunds to students where it is found that the student has a valid proven reason for the refund. Cancellation refers to the period up to the start date of the first course you are due to attend.

Visa Related Cancellations:
For cancellations due to visa rejections, a written notification and receipt of the relevant supporting documentation must be presented to Oxford College International at least 14 days prior to your listed arrival date. On receipt of the supporting documentation, 100% of the tuition, accommodation and health insurance fees will be refunded. If visa rejection evidence is not supplied within the given timeframe (at least 14 days prior to arrival date) then a cancellation fee equivalent to 1 week’s full accommodation and tuition fees will apply

Non-Visa Related Cancellations:
Cancellations made at least 14 days prior to your listed arrival date will receive a full refund on accommodation and tuition fees paid, an administration and service charge of €100 will be deducted from the tuition fee. For cancellations made less than 14 days prior to your listed arrival date you will be refunded 50% of your accommodation and tuition fee.

Non Refundable Fees:
The following cases are all non-refundable; this list is extensive but not exhaustive.

Express mail fee
Accommodation placement fee
Registration fee
Bank transfer or Credit card fee
Monetary value differences due to currency exchange rate changes
Any other service charges

'Termination' means stopping or leaving all or part of the course or courses booked, including extensions, once the first class has started. In all cases, no refunds will be made after the arrival date listed on the booking confirmation form. Students who terminate their program may not be eligible to receive a certificate of completion.

All refund requests must be made within 24 hours of your arrival to your accommodation, where you arrive on weekends refund requests can be made on the Monday following your arrival.
All refund requests must be made by filling out a refund request form which can be obtained from reception.
Refund requests will be dealt with as quickly as possible although it can take up to two weeks for a decision to be made.
Refunds will only be considered if there is a genuine reason for the refund.
A change of mind once you have stayed at your accommodation or started your course is not considered as a reason to receive a refund of your course fees or accommodation fees.
Class times that do not suit the student are not considered for a refund unless class times have been confirmed in writing and they are not available

Refund request form will be given to the board of management
Board of management will meet and discuss refund application.
A decision will be usually be made with 5 working days although it can take up to two weeks to reach a decision.
If the student does not agree with the decision an appointment can be made for the student to meet with the board of management.
Appointments will be on a one to one basis – NO GROUPS
The first available appointment will be given although this can take up to 48 hours
The board makes a final decision.
