    Intensive TOEFL®
Because students in Level 9 and higher can enroll in NESE’s Intensive TOEFL® course for as little as one month or for as many as six months, they can design their English language program so that it is uniquely suited to their specific needs. In addition, as NESE’s TOEFL® course is divided into three main skill areas – grammar, listening & speaking, and reading & writing – students can concentrate on the particular sections of the TOEFL® Exam that they most wish to improve.

NESE's Institutional TOEFL® Exam is offered every month at NESE to students in Level 6 and higher. There is no extra fee for full-time students to take this exam. Part-time students are required to pay a fee each time they take this exam.

    Institutional TOEFL® Exam
The Institutional TOEFL® Exam is the paper-based version of the Official TOEFL® Exam. This institutional version, like the official one, is produced by ETS, the same company that has developed, administered, and scored exams such as the TOEIC®, the SAT®, and the GRE® for over fifty years. When proctoring this exam, NESE is required to follow a strict set of regulations, including the sealing and sending of completed student exams in preparation for ETS to score them. NESE offers students the opportunity to take this exam every session, and although ETS charges NESE for each student who takes for this exam, NESE does not charge its students - simply because we recognize the value of providing our students with such a useful tool, and we want to facilitate this opportunity.
